LEXAR

Version 2026-10

Privacy Notice

This notice explains how LEXAR (“we”, “us”) handles the information you submit when applying for a role through this page.

What we collect

  • Your contact details: name, email address, country of residence and preferred contact method.
  • Your answers to the screening questions, availability and, if you choose, your resume or CV.
  • Technical and campaign information: the advertising campaign or link that brought you here (for example UTM parameters), your browser type and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used for spam prevention.

How we use it

We use your information only to assess your application, contact you about this or a similar role, protect the form from abuse, and understand which recruitment channels work. We rely on your consent, which you give when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in running a fair and secure hiring process.

Who can see it

Your application is visible to our recruitment team. It is stored with service providers that host our website, database, file storage and email notifications on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we never send your name, contact details or answers to advertising platforms.

Cookies and advertising measurement

With your permission (where the law requires it), we use the Meta Pixel to measure how our job ads perform — for example, that a page was viewed or an application was completed. These events do not include any of the details you enter in the form. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page.

How long we keep it

Applications are deleted automatically 180 days after they are submitted, unless you are hired, in which case your information becomes part of your employment or contractor records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your application at any time by contacting our recruitment team through the channel they used to reach you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.
